Thank you for shopping with Trinkettales. As all of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases.

Made to Order Items: All items are created specifically based on the details provided during the order process. Because of the custom nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, returned, or refunded.
Order Accuracy: We encourage you to carefully review your order, including size, color, design, and any other customization options, before completing your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we will begin production, and no changes can be made.
